Senior Real Estate Paralegal

 Job Description:

A well-established and growing law firm in Boca Raton is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal with 7+ years of experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can independently manage complex transactions while supporting attorneys, clients, and lenders throughout the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract execution through closing

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate closing documents including settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and loan documentation

  • Order and review title commitments, lien searches, surveys, and municipal lien searches

  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure smooth and timely closings

  • Prepare closing packages and confirm all required documentation is complete and accurate

  • Review real estate contracts and assist with drafting amendments, addendums, and closing documents

  • Track key transaction deadlines and maintain organized closing calendars and files

  • Identify and help resolve title issues prior to closing

  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures and real estate regulations

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal handling both residential and commercial transactions

  • Strong understanding of the real estate closing process, title review, and settlement procedures

  • Experience coordinating with lenders, title companies, and real estate professionals

  • Proficiency with closing software and Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required with relevant experience
