Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.

Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.

Manage all aspects of the discovery process.

Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.

Develop and execute litigation strategies with minimal supervision.

Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including:

Real estate contract disputes

Business litigation

Intellectual property disputes

Maintain and build strong client relationships, delivering practical and strategic legal advice.
Candidate Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

5-10 years of hands-on commercial litigation experience.
