Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.

• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.

• Manage all aspects of the discovery process.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.

• Develop and execute litigation strategies with minimal supervision.

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including:

  • Real estate contract disputes

  • Business litigation

  • Intellectual property disputes

• Maintain and build strong client relationships, delivering practical and strategic legal advice.

Candidate Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• 5-10 years of hands-on commercial litigation experience.

• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong organizational and case management skills.

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation independently and collaboratively within a team.
