Regional Sales Manager, Southeast

 Job Description:

An established luxury yacht travel company is seeking a relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow bookings and strengthen advisor partnerships across the Southeast. This is a field-facing individual contributor role for a self-directed seller who can build a territory, earn trust with travel professionals, and represent a distinctive small-yacht experience with confidence.

What you will do

Own territory planning and sales activity across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, and Kentucky.

Build and grow relationships with travel advisors, agency owners, host agencies, consortia, and direct clients through visits and consistent follow-up.

Generate bookings through consultative selling, product presentations, advisor education, client meetings, and useful virtual touchpoints.

Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and other market-facing activities throughout the region.

Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, document partner activity, forecast accurately, and report on results.

Identify new account opportunities, partner needs, and barriers to conversion; coordinate next steps with Reservations and Sales leadership.

Share market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to inform regional plans.

What you bring

A record of success in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally in travel, cruise, hospitality, luxury goods, or premium leisure.

Experience developing productive relationships with travel advisors or other intermediary sales partners. An established regional network is an advantage.

Strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to make product information relevant to different audiences.

Self-direction and follow-through, including the ability to plan a territory, manage travel, and maintain a healthy pipeline without daily oversight.

Comfort with CRM systems, sales reporting, and virtual-meeting tools.

Ability to work remotely from within the Southeast and travel frequently across the region.

Why this opportunity stands out

Build a visible local presence for an intimate yacht-travel experience and develop partner relationships across a broad territory.

Work autonomously while staying connected to a national sales team and leadership.
