This is a hands-on, production-driven installation role supporting a new construction data center build-out. Work includes copper and fiber cabling, security rough-in, and A/V rough-in. Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, route, and dress wire and cable throughout an active construction site
  • Support copper cabling installation, termination, and labeling
  • Install J-hooks, cable tray, and conduit as directed
  • Assist with fiber, security, and A/V rough-in work as part of the overall build-out
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Follow all job site safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and project leads

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience pulling wire or cable in a construction or labor environment
  • Comfortable working independently and staying productive with limited supervision
  • Strong attendance record and a reliable, team-first attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in active construction environments
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Supervisor reference required
  • Steel-toed or composite work boots required — must have ankle coverage and a defined heel (90-degree heel); all other PPE is provided

Benefits and Compensation

  • Pay range: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience
  • Weekly pay
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour days; Saturday, 8-hour days — 1st shift
