  • Commercial construction, commercial wired systems, and industrial experience.

Requirements:

  • If you can multitask, work well with a computer, make phone calls comfortably, and stay organized, you have what it takes.
  • Recruiters must be organized individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Indeed, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
  • A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs.
  • Be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

Typical Daily Duties

  • A recruiter will spend their day placing ads, making phone calls, conducting phone interviews, and maintaining an organized record system.
  • Posting job opening ads on various employment sites
  • Screening Emails, Resumes, and voicemails
  • The high volume of outgoing calls to screen potential candidates for employment
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Conducting interviews and going over all employment paperwork, written tests, and practical application
  • Run background checks, E-Verify, and drug tests on new hires
  • Keep organized records of potential candidates, interviews, and all current employees
  • Assist all branches in the company to help fill current job openings

Compensation:

  • Base Salary
  • 90-day training period
