About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems (BAS) / Delta Controls Technician to join a growing team in Denver. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in installation, wiring, commissioning, and system validation within building automation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, wire, and configure BAS / Delta Controls systems
• Perform system commissioning and startup activities
• Conduct point-to-point checkout to ensure proper system functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and post-installation
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure system performance meets specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and updates
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Experience with Delta Controls systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of wiring, installation, and commissioning processes
• Experience performing point-to-point checkout and system validation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HVAC controls or related systems
• Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
