Key Responsibilities

Lead crews of 4+ team members (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on job sites.

Oversee project timelines, labor, and site coordination under strict deadlines.

Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics.

Execute and supervise electrical installations including:

Conduit and wiring systems

Generator and UPS system installations

Low- and medium-voltage systems

Maintain clear communication with project managers and office staff.

Enforce safety compliance and quality standards across all projects.

Provide professional verbal and written communication daily.

Motivated to work up to 60 hours per week.

Fully committed to extensive travel this role requires being on the road the majority of the time.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

5+ years of field experience in electrical construction.

Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety.

Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
