If you're a driven leader who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems on the fly, and managing time-sensitive projects, this role puts you at the center of mission-critical power installations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead crews of 4+ team members (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on job sites.

  • Oversee project timelines, labor, and site coordination under strict deadlines.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics.

  • Execute and supervise electrical installations including:

    • Conduit and wiring systems

    • Generator and UPS system installations

    • Low- and medium-voltage systems

  • Maintain clear communication with project managers and office staff.

  • Enforce safety compliance and quality standards across all projects.

  • Provide professional verbal and written communication daily.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced leader with a background in large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.

  • Skilled problem solver, decisive under pressure, and capable of working independently.

  • Motivated to work up to 60 hours per week.

  • Fully committed to extensive travel this role requires being on the road the majority of the time.

  • Professional, reliable, and accountable with a strong focus on safety and results.

Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

  • 5+ years of field experience in electrical construction.

  • Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety.

  • Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35-$45 per hour (based on experience).
