Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Low Voltage Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities within the commercial low voltage industry. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with electrical contractors, general contractors, integrators, property managers, and end users to generate opportunities for staffing and project support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the low voltage and electrical construction markets.
- Build relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, security integrators, and commercial end users.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Schedule client meetings to present company services and capabilities.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract execution.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while expanding existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience.
- Experience in the low voltage, security, electrical, or construction industry preferred.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
