We are seeking an experienced Jr. Project Manager / Technician III with a strong background in fire alarm and fire suppression systems. This role combines advanced technical expertise with field leadership, supporting complex installations in large commercial and mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support field execution of fire alarm and fire suppression systems
  • Provide technical oversight for specialized systems, including programming, testing, and inspections
  • Support installers and subcontractors with troubleshooting and system-level guidance
  • Interface with inspectors, general contractors, customers, and site leadership
  • Assist with field coordination, quality control, and code compliance
  • Install and support systems utilizing manufacturers such as Kidde and Potter
  • Work with advanced fire protection and life safety systems across large facilities
  • Support systems utilizing manufacturers such as Kidde and Potter, ensuring compliance with applicable standards

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the fire alarm and/or fire suppression industry
  • NICET certification in Fire Alarm or Fire Suppression preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Low-voltage fire alarm systems
    • Programming and commissioning
    • Inspections and code compliance
  • Prior experience as a lead technician, field supervisor, or project manager preferred
  • Strong understanding of complex fire protection systems in large commercial environments

Compensation & Travel:

  • Pay Rate: $32–$35/hr, depending on experience and certifications
  • Work primarily in the Denver metro area
  • Occasional short-term out-of-town travel may be required
  • Per diem and travel expenses provided
  • Use of personal vehicle required
  • Mileage reimbursement provided
