Seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of multiple high-end custom homes in the Lakeside region of Montana. This role is ideal for a superintendent who understands regional building methods, seasonal constraints, and weather-driven scheduling specific to Northwest Montana.

Phase 1 includes luxury residences, each ranging from $15M–$20M, with additional phases planned based on performance and project expansion.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Maintain schedules that account for Montana weather, seasonal access, and site conditions
  • Ensure work meets design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Communicate closely with ownership, project management, and design teams
  • Operate initially from an on-site trailer while a permanent office location is finalized


Requirements


  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager on residential construction projects
  • Proven experience building custom or luxury homes, preferably in Montana or similar cold-weather regions
  • Strong understanding of regional construction practices, winter conditions, and seasonal sequencing
  • Ability to manage large budgets and complex subcontractor scopes
  • Comfortable committing to a long-term project (minimum 2 years, target 5+)

Benefits and Compensation


  • Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000, depending on experience
