Lead Security Alarm Technician

What You'll Do

• Install and service CCTV/IP camera systems, access control, alarms, intercoms, PA systems, and network devices
• Install and terminate CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber
• Troubleshoot NVRs/VMS platforms, access control panels, door hardware, and PoE switches
• Configure basic LAN/WAN networks, routers, and switches
• Lead small crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Work on residential and commercial sites throughout the Los Angeles area

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of low-voltage/structured cabling installation
• 3+ years installing CCTV and access control
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service communication
• Valid drivers license + clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work on ladders/heights
• Must reside within 20 miles of Downtown LA

• Hikvision, Hanwha, Axis, Verkada, Avigilon, Brivo, Eagle Eye
• HID, Qolsys, DSC, Honeywell
• Fiber termination
• VOIP systems
• BICSI training

Compensation & Growth
