What You'll Do
- Install and service CCTV/IP camera systems, access control, alarms, intercoms, PA systems, and network devices
- Install and terminate CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber
- Troubleshoot NVRs/VMS platforms, access control panels, door hardware, and PoE switches
- Configure basic LAN/WAN networks, routers, and switches
- Lead small crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Work on residential and commercial sites throughout the Los Angeles area
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of low-voltage/structured cabling installation
- 3+ years installing CCTV and access control
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service communication
- Valid drivers license + clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work on ladders/heights
- Must reside within 20 miles of Downtown LA
Preferred Experience
- Hikvision, Hanwha, Axis, Verkada, Avigilon, Brivo, Eagle Eye
- HID, Qolsys, DSC, Honeywell
- Fiber termination
- VOIP systems
- BICSI training

Compensation & Growth
- $30/hr - $39/hr (higher rates available for top-tier experience)
