About the job Security Integration Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Security Integration Project Manager to lead commercial low-voltage installation projects from design through closeout. This individual will oversee all aspects of Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems, ensuring quality installations, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level security systems and proven experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial security integration projects involving Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Supervise field installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical or logistical issues, and maintain high installation quality.

Review and interpret system drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.

Manage system commissioning, testing, and client turnover documentation.

Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, and service departments to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.

Oversee change orders, project documentation, and progress reporting.

Support technical troubleshooting and guide system integration challenges.
Systems Experience:

Access Control: CCURE 9000, Brivo, Avigilon, Genetec
-
Alarm Systems: Bosch, DMP
-
Experience integrating video surveillance, intrusion detection, and access control into unified platforms preferred.
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience managing security integration or low-voltage installation projects in commercial or enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of electronic security systems, including design, installation, programming, and commissioning.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and field teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and system documentation.

Valid driver's license; ability to travel to local job sites as needed.

PMP certification or manufacturer certifications (CCURE, Genetec, Avigilon, etc.) a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $90,000 $110,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
