Electrical Foreman Commercial Projects
Location: Sacramento, CA
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a variety of commercial electrical projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires a strong leader who is committed to safety, quality craftsmanship, and team development. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with project management, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crews on commercial projects, including schools, hospitals, retail facilities, and refrigeration systems.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, raceways, cable trays, and controls.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with motors, control systems, and related equipment.

Coordinate with project managers to review blueprints, job specifications, and project schedules.

Ensure all work meets NEC standards, complies with safety regulations, and upholds quality expectations.

Track and report project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Train, mentor, and support the professional growth of apprentice and journeyman electricians.

Participate in occasional prevailing wage projects, offering enhanced pay and benefits.
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and applicable safety standards.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Active California Journeyman Electrician License required.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
