Electrical Foreman Commercial Projects
Location: Sacramento, CA

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a variety of commercial electrical projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires a strong leader who is committed to safety, quality craftsmanship, and team development. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with project management, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise crews on commercial projects, including schools, hospitals, retail facilities, and refrigeration systems.

  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, raceways, cable trays, and controls.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with motors, control systems, and related equipment.

  • Coordinate with project managers to review blueprints, job specifications, and project schedules.

  • Ensure all work meets NEC standards, complies with safety regulations, and upholds quality expectations.

  • Track and report project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

  • Train, mentor, and support the professional growth of apprentice and journeyman electricians.

  • Participate in occasional prevailing wage projects, offering enhanced pay and benefits.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • In-depth knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and applicable safety standards.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Active California Journeyman Electrician License required.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
