About the job Fire Alarm Project Manager
The Fire Alarm Project Manager supports the coordination and execution of fire alarm systems projects as part of a collaborative project team. This role works closely with senior project staff and field teams on projects utilizing Notifier fire alarm systems and VESDA aspirating smoke detection systems within mission critical facilities and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination, and execution of fire alarm systems projects

Assist Senior Fire Alarm Project Managers on Notifier-based fire alarm systems

Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of fire alarm systems
-
Assist with projects involving VESDA aspirating smoke detection systems
-
Review drawings and project documentation using Bluebeam
-
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
-
Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
-
Follow and promote strong safety practices on all job sites
Required Qualifications

NICET FAS Level I (required)
-
NICET FAS Level II (preferred)
-
Experience working with Notifier fire alarm systems
-
Notifier certification current or verifiable within the past two years (preferred)

Experience supporting VESDA aspirating smoke detection systems
-
VESDA certification or training current or verifiable within the past two years (preferred)

Experience with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems
-
Experience supporting mission critical facilities

Proficiency with Bluebeam

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
-
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills

High attention to detail

Demonstrated commitment to safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a project team
Additional Requirements

Knowledge of Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems and system interfaces
-
Familiarity with NFPA 72 and applicable local codes

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

Reliable transportation to office and project sites
-
Ability to obtain and maintain access credentials for secured facilities
-
Comfortable working in active and occupied environments

Ability to provide professional references upon request

Additional Notifier manufacturer training or certifications

Advanced training or field experience with VESDA systems

Experience with Fike or Kidde fire alarm systems

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 per year, DOE and certifications
