Job Description
Do you have the skills to orchestrate complex projects from start to finish? We are seeking a Fire and Life Safety Systems Foreman to lead and manage the installation of life-safety systems in healthcare facilities.
What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise your crew, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.

Keep projects on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

Take ownership of personnel management and safety coordination.

Mentor and train technicians, building a strong and efficient team.

Oversee project reporting and provide clear updates on progress.
Schedule:
-
Hours may vary. Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts if needed.
Skills Required:
-
Strong knowledge of security, nurse call, and fire life-safety systems, including but not limited to EST3, Lenel, and Ascom.

Ability to program and troubleshoot fire life-safety, security, and nurse call systems.
Position Requirements:
-
8+ years of experience in construction and/or low-voltage installation.
-
5+ years of low-voltage installation experience in a healthcare environment.

4+ years of leadership experience.
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Valid California Drivers License and proof of auto insurance.

Consistent punctuality and attendance.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Frequent hand, wrist, and finger movements.
-
Ability to walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak effectively.

Lift, move, install, or remove items weighing 50+ pounds daily.

Drive up to 2+ hours in a work shift/day.
-
Work may occasionally involve extreme heights, confined spaces, and variable indoor temperatures.

Position requires work in hospitals and medical facilities with patient contact.
