About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Construction Laborer with forklift certification to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. This role is essential in supporting daily operations on the construction site, including material handling, site cleanup, assisting skilled trades, and operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move construction materials

• Assist with general labor duties, including site prep, cleanup, and supporting tradesmen

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies on the job site

• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained properly

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification (required)

• Prior construction labor experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
