Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily material and warehouse operations at a data center project in Lenoir, NC. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring materials, equipment, and documentation are properly tracked, staged, and distributed to support ongoing construction and infrastructure activities.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with prior administrative or warehouse coordination experience who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and comfortable managing spreadsheets and reporting tools.

This is a stable, first-shift opportunity supporting a mission-critical data center environment.

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for data center materials and equipment
  • Track and maintain accurate inventory logs using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Manage purchase orders, packing slips, delivery tickets, and shipping documentation
  • Stage and distribute materials to field teams and subcontractors
  • Maintain organized storage areas and material tracking systems
  • Communicate with vendors, drivers, project managers, and field leadership
  • Monitor material levels and proactively report shortages or discrepancies
  • Assist with warehouse audits and reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with site safety standards and data center protocols
  • Support general administrative tasks related to logistics and site operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or material management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Suite
  • Highly spreadsheet-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in an active construction or data center environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift Certification (preferred)
  • Experience supporting construction or data center projects
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or material management platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $24-$26/hr, depending on experience and a successful interview
  • First-shift schedule (M–F, typically no weekends)
