About the job Fire Sprinkler Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager with strong field knowledge and leadership abilities to oversee commercial fire sprinkler projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of fire sprinkler projects, including planning, estimating/bidding, execution, and closeout

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and code requirements

Develop project budgets, timelines, and monitor progress to plan

Oversee coordination between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
-
Conduct material procurement, inventory tracking, and scheduling of equipment deliveries
-
Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding project updates and expectations

Lead onsite coordination and problem-solving during installation and inspections
-
Manage project financials, progress reporting, and documentation

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and resolution

Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on all job sites

Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations and successful project execution
Requirements
-
25 years of experience in the commercial fire sprinkler industry
-
Proven project management experience in fire sprinkler systems or a closely related field

Strong working knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action systems, fire pumps, and backflows
-
Proficient understanding of NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, and 72
-
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Project

Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently

Associate or bachelors degree preferred, but not required

Ability to commute daily to job sites and the office as needed
