Position Overview
The Admin Support / Bookkeeper provides administrative and bookkeeping support to the accounting and operations teams. This role focuses on data entry, document management, and day-to-day accounting support to keep financial and project information accurate and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Organize invoices, receipts, contracts, and project documentation
- Assist with billing and collections support as needed
- Maintain accurate records within accounting systems
- Work within QuickBooks, Acumatica, and Buildertrend to support accounting and project workflows
- Provide general administrative support to office operations
Required Qualifications
- Bookkeeping or administrative accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Familiarity with accounting or construction management software
- Basic understanding of accounting processes
- Ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy and consistency
Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary range: $45,000 – $60,000
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, and PTO
