Position Overview


The Admin Support / Bookkeeper provides administrative and bookkeeping support to the accounting and operations teams. This role focuses on data entry, document management, and day-to-day accounting support to keep financial and project information accurate and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Organize invoices, receipts, contracts, and project documentation
  • Assist with billing and collections support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records within accounting systems
  • Work within QuickBooks, Acumatica, and Buildertrend to support accounting and project workflows
  • Provide general administrative support to office operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping or administrative accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Familiarity with accounting or construction management software
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes
  • Ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy and consistency

Benefits and Compensation

  • Base salary range: $45,000 – $60,000
