Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Fire Alarm (FA) systems to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Candidates with leadership experience as a Senior Technician, Foreman, or Superintendent looking to transition into a Project Manager role will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead safety efforts and conduct daily safety inspections
  • Coordinate and oversee daily activities of subcontractors
  • Perform quality control (QC) inspections of installed work
  • Plan and manage pre-fabrication activities
  • Order and manage equipment and materials for projects and fabrication
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Fire Alarm (FA) experience in a leadership role
  • NICET II certification or higher preferred
  • Experience with Notifier and VESDA systems
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • OSHA-30 certification preferred

Compensation:
$85,000 – $130,000 per year (DOE)

  • Signing bonus up to $2,500 (for qualified candidates)
