Sr. Field Industrial Electrician

The Senior Field Industrial Electrician supports aggregate plant operations across North Texas and Oklahoma. This position is responsible for maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and upgrading electrical and process control systems to ensure continuous and efficient production. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades across multiple Houston-area sites
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor controls, drives, and high-voltage equipment
• Partner with engineering and outside vendors on capital projects and system enhancements
• Analyze and improve plant operations for efficiency, consistency, and reliability
• Promote and enforce safety standards in compliance with MSHA and company policies
• Actively engage in Guardian Angel and company safety initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aggregates, mining, or related industries
• Hands-on experience with conveyor belt scales, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Valid drivers license with strong driving record
• Texas maintenance or journeyman electrician license preferred
• Proficiency with PLCs, electrical testing tools, and industrial control systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
