Arts Assistant

Customer Service Advisor needed in Lisburn. The hours of work are 3pm-10pm Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £12.18 per hour.

Duties:

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our financial services

- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services

- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations
