About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Manager People Operations & Culture to lead and elevate our people practices. This role blends strategic HR operations with culture-building initiatives, ensuring our organization remains a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. You will oversee core HR functions while championing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

People Operations:

  • Lead and improve core HR functions, including onboarding, HRIS, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Partner with finance and legal teams for payroll accuracy, HR audits, and policy updates.
  • Develop scalable people processes that support growth while maintaining a strong employee experience.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Design and implement initiatives that reflect and strengthen our culture, values, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) goals.
  • Drive internal communication, recognition programs, employee feedback loops, and engagement surveys.
  • Plan and lead culture-building events, offsites, and wellness programs.
  • Act as a culture ambassador and key partner to team leads and department heads.

Talent Development:

  • Design career development programs, manager training, and growth pathways.
  • Analyze data from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and performance metrics to inform people strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR/People Ops, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR technologies and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience in driving culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience in fast-growing startups or tech-driven environments.
  • Exposure to DEI strategy, change management, and employee well-being programs.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are a plus.
