Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Business Development Supervisor with a proven track record of success in outbound sales and client acquisition and lead generation. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, including working with U.S.-based clients, leading business development initiatives, and managing or mentoring a small team. The candidate must also be a team player and be comfortable working remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Location: Remote (Must be willing to work EST hours)
Shift Schedule:
- U.S. Eastern Timezone (Night Shift in PH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
- Monitor key metrics (calls, emails, appointments set, pipeline activity) and regularly report on performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth.
- Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate, with a strong focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach and willingness to do cold calling, lead generation, and initial outreach efforts, especially during the early stages of building the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and lead generation targets.
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
- Proven experience managing a team or supervising team performance (even informally).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Available to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
