Senior IT Enterprise Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

The Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect will be a key technical leader responsible for defining technology strategies, innovation and overseeing the implementation of complex client and internal solutions. This role combines elements of security design and, cloud architecture, with specialization in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The position requires a high degree of interaction with the client stakeholders and will work closely alongside the Client Partner Executive, helping provide technologic strategic direction, development, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
• Analyze technical requirements with client and Client Partner Executive to evaluate and architect technology solutions
• Work with Client Partner Executive to create detailed cost justifications on complex solutions
• Architect and Design scalable, secure, and high-performance single and multi-tenant cloud-based and hybrid solutions
• Design and maintain Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based SaaS applications
• Implement and enforce security best practices
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototype solutions for evaluation
• Act as a high-level escalation point for enterprise clients environments
• Develop architecture frameworks and security protocols for cloud infrastructure
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud resources
• Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure
• Ensure defined standards are being maintained for client environment
• Maintain detailed documentation of architectures, processes, and best practices
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Client Partner Executives, including Business and IT executive management
• Educate, enable, and assist with understanding and implementing new and upcoming technology investments or changes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams in the region

Education Requirements, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant technical experience, with at least five years of experience in a senior technical role
• Specific experience in implementing security architectures across on-prem, cloud (Azure)
• Experienced in hardening of servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
• Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and managed service provider (MSP) toolsets
• Certification in Microsoft Azure technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred or documented experience
• Expert knowledge of Azure AVD, Entra B2B, Okta, and Nerdio
• Strong understanding of networking, security, identity management.
• Strong Understanding of Data Engineering, Machine learning frameworks, Prompts and LLM.

• Must be a self-starter and be able to work alone or with a team
• Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to present complex or highly technical issues in simple and easy-to-understand formats
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions with internal and external stakeholders
