Asset Management Analyst (Remote)

Job Description: 

Prime System Solutions is a leading provider of IT services, specializing in delivering top talent and innovative solutions to its global clientage. It is seeking an experienced Asset Managment Analyst to join its dynamic team. 

Job Location: Manila, Philippines (Remote)

Job Timing: US-EST (8AM - 5PM)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Review projects key documents including Land Leases, Tax Agreements, Service Agreements and Permits on a tight timeline
• Build payment schedules for all project operational expenses using the reviewed agreements
• Update payment schedules with actual invoices, bills and other items while highlighting variance
• Conduct intermittent diligence on operational projects to confirm compliance with agreements and highlighting areas of risk or potential optimization
• Assist broader Asset Management team on projects requiring intensive document review and data collection
• Aggregate and codify obligations into a format digestible by enterprise systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, or Monday.com

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication in English (Verbal & Written)
• Previous experience of 2-3 years in a similar role. 
• Microsoft Excel
• Preferred experience with enterprise software systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Monday, or similar ERP, CRM and Workflow Management tools
• Experience with Management of Renewable Energy Assets
• Commercial Real Estate management or other capital investment management experience
