Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, skilled in building insightful dashboards, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes, trends, and data to provide actionable insights.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Translate data into clear, visual presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure business goals are met.

  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate findings and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Macros, etc.)

  • Experience in creating dashboards using Excel and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
