Job Description:
Prime System Solutions is a leading provider of IT services, specializing in delivering top talent and innovative solutions to its global clients. It is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to oversee and assist in the entire customer journey, ensure satisfaction, and foster strong client relationships. This role requires managing customer queries, scheduling regular meetings, providing personalized support, and actively working towards customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Leadership to manage high-priority clients, providing regular updates and insights on account health and satisfaction.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing questions or issues promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Leadership to ensure alignment on key client needs and expectations.
- Collect client feedback, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, interviews, and check-ins, providing updates to the internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide client insights, prepare reports, and assist with strategic planning for client success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent skills in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 5years+ in a similar role, preferably in the IT Sector or Call Center.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Timing:
- Evening Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (PKT)
