Community Solar Sales Operations Specialist 

Location: Lahore/Islamabad

Timings: US-EST (8AM - 5PM)

Summary/Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our community solar team. This role focuses on processing qualified leads, reviewing customer contracts, and ensuring data accuracy in internal systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently to help move customers from qualified to closed without direct verbal interaction. This position does not involve direct phone-based customer communication but may include limited customer follow-up via email.

Job Duties:

  • Review and process qualified leads within our CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Verify customer contract data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and external regulations.
  • Communicate via email with customers, when needed, to collect missing information or resolve minor discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to support customer pipeline progress.
  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales workflow

Required Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ year of administrative, sales support, or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to follow Salesforce structured processes and manage repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Comfortable working across time zones and asynchronously with internal teams
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a CRM-heavy environment. 
  • Familiarity with community solar programs or subscription services
