Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end closing processes. This role is key to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting within the finance function. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Reconcile customer/vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all receivables and payables.
  • Support preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
  • Preparation of Monthly Payroll
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date and well-organized accounting records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Generate periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
  • Familiarity with accounting software, (Odoo Preferably)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skill
