Shift Schedule:

  • U.S. Eastern Timezone (Night Shift in PH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including timely and accurate processing and validation of invoices.
  • Perform invoice validation based on standard operating procedures primarily on: Matching - 2-way, or 3-way
  • Ensure proper coding and approvals are obtained for all accounting transactions in accordance with financial policies.
  • Verify, investigate, and handle invoice discrepancies, develop corrective actions to remediate, eliminate, and reduce those errors; take initiative in issue resolution with other department or suppliers.
  • Understand and effectively operate financial controls.
  • Review and reconcile complex and critical supplier statement of accounts against company's records.
  • Escalate items that interfere with the completion of the reconciliation activities to Manager.

Skills, Knowledge, and Education:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar or related role
  • Strong accounting knowledge of AP process and systems
  • Experienced with NetSuite is a MUST.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Innovative and open minded
  • Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to details
  • Good organizational skills with ability to succeed under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in EST timezone hours
