Senior Product Manager — AI / LLM

CA$185K–CA$220K base + equity
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to join a fast-growing Series B technology company building applied AI products.
You'll be one of a small number of PMs working directly with the CTO, owning a new AI-driven product line from early discovery and proof-of-concept through launch and deployment.
What You'll Do
- Own products from inception through deployment
- Define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customers
- Lead development of AI/LLM-based, document-heavy, data-rich products
- Translate complex customer problems into scalable product solutions
- Establish KPIs and use data to measure product performance
- Work directly with enterprise customers throughout discovery, testing, and launch
- Operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of Product Management experience
- Experience at growth-stage startups
- Proven experience taking products from idea/inception through launch and deployment
- Strong data literacy and ability to define and understand product metrics
- Comfortable working with complex, data-heavy products
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional leadership
- Must already be authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
- Able to work on-site in Toronto
Strongly Preferred
- Experience managing AI or LLM-based products
- B2B SaaS product experience
- Experience launching products for enterprise customers

Background in regulated or compliance-heavy industries such as:
- Insurtech
- Fintech
- Healthtech
- Financial services
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles
- Startup or founder experience
