Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Gathering, negotiating and documenting the requirements.

Preparing light-weight functional specification documents and test scenarios.

Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are
satisfied.

Functional testing, giving UAT support, and regression testing to eliminate any defects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis positions, or a similar role.

Minimum Intermediate level English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Turkish (written and spoken).

Experience with SQL and Jira.

Talented on Requirements Gathering and Elicitation.

Comfortable with Business Analysis Modeling tools.

Team player, strong representation and human relations skills.

Solution oriented and creative thinking ability.

Analytical thinker.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with algorithm development in any programming language.

• Previous experience working in a tech startup or e-commerce company.
