The Asset-Based Finance Associate role is based in the New York office and requires 2–4 years of commercial finance experience within a law firm setting. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated finance transactions while developing skills in a highly regarded and collaborative finance practice.

Seniority: 2 -​ 4 years of experience commercial finance experience in a law firm setting.​

Work Experience: Experience at an AmLaw 120 firm.​ Hands-​on experience in asset-​based finance transactions.​ Have work experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions

Education: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.​

Hard Skills: Active membership in the State Bar of New York.​

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.​

Miscellaneous: Based in or willing to relocate to New York.​
