The Asset-Based Finance Associate position in New York requires 2–6 years of transactional experience at a large law firm environment. Associates will work on sophisticated transactions as part of a highly regarded global finance team.
Seniority: 2 - 6 years of experience in transactional law at a law firm.
Work Experience: Experience at an AmLaw120 firm. Experience in asset-based finance or similar transactional practice.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Hard Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Miscellaneous: Active membership in the State Bar of New York.
