Job Description
Overall purpose of job:
The designated candidate delivers efficient and effective solution for labelling across the market requirements meeting market regulatory and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiative. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination cutting across functions. Ultimately, the program manager should take full accountability to deliver full E2E solution.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Use FPX methodology for project Kick off involving Scope, Time, Cost. Develop core team methodology coupled with Final Project Objectives
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage program and project teams for delivering milestones, deliverables and milestones on time.
- Work closely with Business stakeholders to develop detailed user stories
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams ( involving market teams, DC operations and son on) and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Essential knowledge and skills:
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Science; MBA preferred
- Supply chain related educational qualifications / certification preferred
TECHINICAL SKILLS
- Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid project management experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain, operations, and finance interfaces with key supply chain pillars.
- Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional experience with all supply chain pillars (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver) and key supply chain partners (RA, QA, Commercial).
- Results oriented and able to independently create and deliver; self-starter / entrepreneurial.
- Strategic / Big picture-oriented thinking and good communication skills required with ability to work with local site teams and senior regional leadership.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Kindly note that we will require Mandarin proficiency for this role please, as the person has to liaise with Chinese markets.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Operations and Project Management.
