Job Title: Modern App, Senior Architect

Pre-requisition

Possess Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

8–10 years of experience in software/application development and system integration

>5 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.

Strong track record in designing solutions that integrate bespoke applications with COTS products.

Experience working across multiple technology domains (applications, cloud, infrastructure, security).

Proven experience leading technical teams across multiple projects.

Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic architectural guidance.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead end-to-end solution design activities, from requirements gathering to implementation strategy.

Design and integrate bespoke applications with COTS, including infrastructure, and security platforms and products as part of the overall solution architecture.

Ensure architectural designs align with enterprise architecture principles, governance, and standards.

Perform architecture reviews and provide design sign-offs for critical projects.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Project Delivery & Governance

Work with Project Managers to ensure project scope, budget, and delivery timelines are achievable.

Provide technical leadership during implementation, balancing innovation with risk management.

Participate in architecture boards, technical governance committees, and design reviews.

Support escalations and ad-hoc emergency response for pre-launch or production issues.
