Job Summary:
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes on all projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, client specifications, and company procedures. This includes establishing and maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, and managing teams to ensure the highest quality in foundation works and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the companys projects.

Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Develop and review quality plans, procedures, and work instructions.

Supervise and train QA/QC personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials, methods, and processes comply with project specifications.

Prepare and review technical documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve any quality-related issues.

Monitor and maintain inspection records and quality reports.

Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.), construction codes, and safety regulations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA/QC software.
