What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide L2/L3 support and administration for Microsoft 365 workloads:
    • Exchange Online
    • SharePoint Online
    • OneDrive for Business
    • Microsoft Teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex messaging and collaboration issues
  • Support customer deployments, configuration, and day‑to‑day operations
  • Use PowerShell to automate tasks and identify root causes
  • Work directly with stakeholders to deliver effective, timely solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal escalations teams as required

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as an M365 / Exchange / SharePoint Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Exchange Server & Exchange Online architecture
  • Solid PowerShell scripting experience
  • Knowledge of SMTP, IMAP, POP3 and email flow troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Microsoft applications in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple support responsibilities

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and Entra portal
  • Knowledge of mailbox permissions:
    • Shared mailboxes
    • Send As / Send on Behalf
  • Understanding of email security controls:
    • Anti‑spam & malware protection
    • DLP policies
  • Experience with monitoring, reporting, and environment optimisation
