ServiceNow Project Manager

Requirements / Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, with 8+ years of IT project management experience
• Single point of accountability for the engagement
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow or workflow automation projects, including migration from K2 or similar platforms
• Strong skills in project planning, governance, stakeholder and risk management
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
