Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a large-scale infrastructure migration program within the banking/financial services domain. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on test strategy expertise, and the ability to manage multiple testing streams across complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement end-to-end test strategy for infrastructure migration
• Develop detailed test plans, including scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria
• Lead testing across:
  • Infrastructure validation
  • Application integration
  • Database validation
  • Network connectivity
• Manage multi-stream testing teams and coordinate across stakeholders
• Drive defect management, risk mitigation, and reporting
• Ensure quality delivery using manual and automation testing tools
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and application teams

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and software testing
• Minimum 5 years in testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading testing for large-scale infrastructure migration projects
• Strong expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
