Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Slot Attendant to join our team at Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica. The Slot Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests playing slot machines in our casino. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests to the casino, providing a friendly and professional demeanor at all times

- Assist guests with slot machines, including explaining game rules and procedures, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Monitor slot machines to ensure they are functioning properly and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel

- Handle cash transactions, including exchanging currency and providing change to guests

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly sanitizing slot machines and surrounding areas

- Promote and maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment, adhering to all company and regulatory policies and procedures

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a positive experience at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment

- Knowledge of slot machines and casino operations is an asset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the appropriate regulatory agency
