Position: Casino Receptionist
Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Casino Receptionist. As a Casino Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our casino guests and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to the casino
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about casino promotions and events
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
- Ensure compliance with casino policies and procedures
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
