We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiologist to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis!

You will be responsible for:

  • Administering hearing tests, assessing client needs and informing them of the options available to them.
  • Ensuring that the team provides a professional, courteous and high-quality service.
  • Delivering a positive customer journey experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders including colleagues, local community and other clinicians.
  • Ensuring that at all times the clinic diary is planned to meet commercial objectives and customer needs.

Applicant Requirements

  • You will hold a Masters qualification in Audiology with at least 2-3 years experience within the private sector.
  • You will have a passion for career development, learning and training.
  • You thrive working in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in Adult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs.
  • You will have exceptional standards of customer care and service.
  • Be self-motivated and driven.
  • Hold a driver's license

English language requirements:

Applicants whose first language is not English or who obtained their Audiological qualification in a language other than English, must provide evidence that they have completed an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic Test and have achieved scores greater than or equal to 7.5 in Speaking, 7.5 in Listening, 7.0 in Writing, 7.0 in Reading and an average score of 7.5 or higher.

Registration Requirements

You will hold a relevant qualification in Audiology that is recognised and approved by the New Zealand Audiological Society (NZAS). You will hold a current certificate of clinical competency, or be eligible for full membership, from the New Zealand Audiology Society (NZAS).
