Job Description: Online Sales Professional

Location: Chom Chau, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh

Vacancies: 1 Position

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Role Overview

Manage online customer inquiries, present steel wire products across digital platforms, drive sales conversions, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social media/online platforms and close sales targets.
• Customer Service: Provide accurate product details, pricing, and follow up on customer orders.
• Account Management: Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
• Reporting: Track daily sales activities and report customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• High level of responsibility and strong work ethic (ឧស្សាហ៍ព្យាយាម និង មានការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់).
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with online social media platforms and sales channels.
• Previous experience in online sales or the steel/construction material industry is a plus.
