About the job HR & Admin Supervisor

As the HR & Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the company. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will also involve managing the day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative departments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements

- Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

- Manage employee relations and handle any employee grievances or disciplinary issues

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits

- Manage the company's benefits program, including health insurance and other employee benefits

- Monitor and maintain the company's attendance and leave management system

- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

- Oversee the administrative functions of the company, including office maintenance, supplies, and vendor management

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and administration

- Maintain a positive work culture and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment

- Handle any other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the financial sector

- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software

- Fluent in Khmer and English.
