Social Media & Facebook Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

Steel Wire Industry is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Facebook Marketing Specialist to build our online presence, showcase our manufacturing capabilities, and generate qualified B2B sales inquiries. In this role, you will lead our social media strategy—with a primary focus on Facebook, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn—to reach factory owners, construction contractors, hardware distributors, and purchasing managers across domestic and international markets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or relevant hands-on experience.
• Experience: 2–4+ years managing Facebook Ads Manager, organic social media pages, and content creation (B2B, manufacturing, hardware, or construction sector experience is a strong plus).
• Technical & Creative Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite.
  • Proficiency in basic smartphone video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or InShot) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Hands-on experience with Messenger automation / live chat integration (e.g., ManyChat, Meta Inbox).
  • Excellent copywriting skills in creating engaging, clear, and action-oriented social captions.
