CCNC & Everling Asset are looking for a motivated and active Digital Sales Officer to manage online sales channels and support our customers through social media and digital platforms.
Position: Digital Sales (Online Sales)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other online platforms
- Promote and sell gym memberships, supplements, and fitness products online
- Follow up with potential customers and convert them into buyers or members
- Update product information, promotions, and pricing on digital platforms
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery
- Prepare simple online sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or relevant experience)
- Experience in online sales, social media sales, or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and messaging tools
- Active, responsible, and sales-oriented
