Repeat Gym is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our fitness community by promoting gym memberships and services.

Position: Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets
• Promote gym memberships, packages, and services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Follow up with leads and convert them into members
• Support and guide junior sales staff when needed
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. At least 2–3 years of experience in sales (fitness industry is a plus)
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Leadership ability and target-driven mindset
5. Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
