Position: Marketing & Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Drive membership growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Build partnerships and promote brand awareness
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Monitor performance and report results to management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in marketing or sales management (fitness industry is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and sales plans
- Result-driven and customer-focused mindset
